Over time, we became more accustomed to shopping online, working online, and even paying for goods and services through our smart- watches and phones. However, what appears to be a very natural and seamless evolution within our private environment, embedding it into our work processes in the industrial industry isn’t quite as easy.
Many companies and industry professionals struggle with and often fight against the implementation of Smart Industry in the factories. Over the years, we started to understand the reasons for it. All of these factors suggest that industry experts do not (yet) have complete trust in digital technologies, and are scared of losing control over production, asset performance management, and safety, health, environment, & quality (SHEQ).
Mechanical Engineering, or plant operators speak a vastly different language compared to the IT department, programmers and data scientists;

We have worked for a wide range of industrial companies varying in size, location, industry, and strategy. What unites us, is our expertise in asset performance management and passion for digital technologies.
Experienced business manager with an extensive and diverse experience of enhancing organizational performance. During her carreer, Valentina has gained expertise in various geografic locations, such as: Russia, CIS, Middle East & Europe, and multiple industries, such as: oil & gas, chemical, and governmental. One of her latest accomplishments was founding and managing an award winning industry 4.0 business unit on one of the biggest chemical parks in the Netherlands.
Experience as both a Service Delivery manager and Project Manager in the chemical industry, successfully managing and delivering value driven Smart Industry projects at Chemelot, one of the biggest chemical parks of Europe.
